Witches’ Brew Lemonade
Ice
3 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
3 oz. sparkling lemonade
½ oz. Blue Curacao
1 fresh rosemary sprig
Bloody Mary Syringes
2C. Tomato juice
8 oz. vodka
2 Tbsp. Wor. Sauce
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. hot sauce
Juice of ½ a lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
Plastic Syringes from a party supply store.
Spider Web Taco Dip
16 oz. can refried beans
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
¼ c taco sauce
Guacamole – 1 ripe avocado, 1 tsp. lime juice, ½ tsp. salt, pinch of garlic powder
½ c sliced ripe black olives
1c shredded cheddar
½ c chopped ripe tom.
1 green onion (thinly sliced)
½ c sour cream
2-3 Tbsp. milk
Plastic squirt bottle
Tortilla chips
Stir together beans, taco seasoning and taco sauce. Warm in microwave. Spread it on the bottom of a glass pie plate. Mash the avocado and stir in lime juice, salt and garlic powder. Spread over top of bean mixture. Mix sour cream with enough milk to make it easy to come out of the squirt bottle. Draw a spider web on top of the guacamole with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle olives, cheese, tom. and green onions around the edges. Place a plastic spider in the middle. Serve with tortilla chips.
